Shipping Information

We ship all in stock products within 24-48 hours of your order. We currently ship via UPS and all shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) that are ordered, the destination "Ship To" zip code that they are being sent to and the UPS Service chosen (i.e. UPS Ground, Next Day, Worldwide, etc.) We calculate these costs by using UPS's online rate calculator and charge our customers the actual shipping costs and never charge any "handling fees".

Simply add whatever items that interest you into your shopping cart and then your shipping information. The system will then display the shipping charges. You can cancel your order at any time if the shipping charge is not agreeable to you.

2 Year Limited Warranty on RaptorCaps

Raptor Fishing Technologies Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that each product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. If the product proves defective within the warranty period, return it along with proof of purchase to:

Raptor Fishing Technologies Inc. is the sole judge of the claim. This warrantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or damage resulting from shipping. This warranty is valid only in the United States.

Do not return the product to the retailer. Retailers and wholesaler outlets are not authorized to perform warranty exchanges on behalf of Raptor Fishing Technologies, Inc.

There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the express warranty contained herein. In no event shall Raptor Fishing Technologies, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
